3002W Metal-sealed straight-through shut-off ball valve

This 3002W series provides Zero-Leakage ball vavles in several service application with high temperature and/or high pressure. The ball and seat are hard coated with chrome carbide or tungsten carbide or Metco 16C, which has high erosion and abrasion resistance. They are mate-lapped based on our own technique to ensure sealing. The ball never leaves the seat and wipes contaminants away.

5004M Multi-stage pressure-reducing sleeve-guided control valve

The Series 5004M valves are engineered specifically for critical anti-cavitation and low noise applications on liquids, gases or steam. Multi-stage cage controls flowing velocities in the valve trim by forcing the process fluid to follow a tortuous path of right-angle turns. The resistance to flow provided by these turns reduces fluid velocities significantly. Therefore, a vena contracta is never formed in the trim and noise and cavitation are stopped before they can start.

3001K Soft seal straight through ball valve

This 3001K series provides ball vavles with a special inner valve which can be fully opened or closed by simply causing the stem to make a 1/4 turn. The offtake from a ball valve, when totally opened, has the same bore as the pipeline and its fliud resistance is negligible. For this reason, this automatic valve is best suited to on-off service, controlling various types of liquid, gas and slurry.

5004N Multi-port sleeve-guided control valve

The Series 5004N Multi-hole Cage Guided Control Valves, This Series provides control valves that meet low noise and anti-cavitation requirements by incorporating a multi-hole type cages, instead of the standard cages, in the 5003C Series cage guided control valves. All the parts except the multi-hole cage are interchangeable with the parts of the 5003C Series accordingly.
